The Kidz Kubby is a nonprofit organization serving the foster care community in Salt Lake County and surrounding areas. We provide infant to teen/young adult sized clothing, shoes, coats, backpacks, toys, diapers & wipes, baby accessories and other essentials, at no cost to families. 

 

We are happy to serve children in foster care of all ages, and teens/youth who are in the process of aging out (or have recently aged out) of the foster care system. We also extend help to families who are reunifying after children have spent time in foster care, as we are proponents of family preservation (and family restoration) whenever possible. We believe that building relationships and supporting the entire family (not only the children) is integral to the heart of foster care, as families continue to overcome the barriers they were facing initially. We believe that love is a verb - The Kidz Kubby exists to support those connected with the foster care community through action, both children and their families/caregivers. 

 

By supplying much needed items to children/youth in the foster care community, we hope to help create a sense of comfort and normalcy during a very difficult, uncertain time. In the process, we also hope to create genuine connections and provide support to families/caregivers.
