Board Member Application

Currently Accepting Applications for Board Member(s). Please review the following requirements, and if you are able to meet those requirements fill out the application below for review.

1. Must be willing to try and raise $5000 per year thru fundraising on your own or thru group fundraisers (per family goal).

2. Must be able to attend a monthly board meeting on the 3rd Monday of each month.

3. Must be able to attend all fundraising events and family events.

4. Must be an active participant in all Kidz Kubby matters.
